Regulatory Framework

• This Career Skills Assessment offer is concluded in accordance with the provisions of Book VI of the French Labor Code relating to continuing education within the framework of lifelong professional training. It complies fully with the legal and regulatory framework, the awareness of which is acknowledged by both parties upon signing the Career Skills Assessment contract.

• The program covered by this offer falls under the second category set forth in Article L 6313-1 of the Sixth Part of the French Labor Code, specifically concerning career skills assessment actions. This one-time training session, provided by our partner Haliance, is conducted for the benefit of the student.
