In line with this commitment, we are proud to introduce the LeadHer Scholarship, created to support and encourage talented female students pursuing studies in business and management.

The LeadHer Scholarship recognizes motivated candidates who demonstrate strong academic commitment, leadership potential, and a clear entrepreneurial vision.

Scholarship Award

Selected recipients will benefit from a €2,000 reduction in tuition fees for their enrolled program at ILCI.

Eligibility Criteria

The LeadHer Scholarship is open to female candidates who:

• Are officially enrolled in an ILCI academic program

• Demonstrate strong motivation and professional ambition

• Present a structured and realistic business plan

Application Procedure

To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must:

1. Complete their enrollment in one of ILCI programs

2. Submit a motivation letter outlining:

   • The academic and professional objectives

   • The interest in business and leadership

   • The impact the scholarship would have on their educational journey

3. Submit a business plan presenting a viable business project or entrepreneurial initiative

Applications will be reviewed by the ILCI academic committee. Selection will be based on the quality of the motivation letter, the coherence and feasibility of the business plan, and the applicant’s demonstrated potential for leadership and impact.
